Q: When can I plant my peas, how do I harvest & when do I know they are done for the season?

Most tried and true New Englanders will tell you to plant your peas on St. Patrick’s Day for the best harvest. And while we may not be drinking a green beer and seedling pea plants, we do agree that peas are best planted in the early spring.
