Peas, Love & Parsley is currently looking to expand our team. We are looking for part-time & full-time Builders, Garden Installation Crew and Garden Coaches for the 2022 garden season (March-Nov).
Builders
Our building projects range from small planters, large garden beds, trellises, fencing enclosures and custom designs. Carpentry experience, own workshop and means to deliver products preferred. Pay based on experience level.
Garden Installation Crew
Garden Installation tasks include loading & unloading materials and supplies, hauling soil and mulch in wheelbarrows, load and unload trucks, plant vegetables, perennials, and trees, assemble garden beds on site. Paid hourly based on experience ($15-$20).
Qualifications include:
Ability to dig, lift, haul heavy products and materials
Ability to use power tools to help with garden bed assembly
Be able to perform strenuous tasks and be on feet all day
Ability to to take direction, work with a team as well as take initiative and work independently
Must have own transportation
Organized & attention to detail is a must
Garden Coaches
In search of a few good green thumbs (overalls appreciated but not required) to visit gardens for weekly maintenance (i.e. pull weeds, treat for disease and pests and add soil amendments when necessary, prune and water). Must have experience with planting and gardening. Paid hourly based on experience ($15-$25).
Qualifications include:
Knowledge and best garden practices
Must have own transportation
Part-time positions available
